• Interact with customers in the field and provide excellent customer service
• Have a well-rounded understanding of general pool construction and be experienced in the installation of new pools, liners, and basic pool repair
• Construction, concrete finishing, plumbing, and related field experience
• Work independently or supervise others to ensure projects are completed efficiently and with high quality
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Daily travel to job sites required
